As the ideal candidate you will be confident and flexible in your approach, able to work under your own initiative whilst ensuring you’re working within the parameters of our company values and ethos. You will need to be efficient and highly organised with good, demonstrable grammatical skills.

Skills & Experience
🔹 2 Years industry experience is preferred
🔹 Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication
🔹 Problem solver, including complaints and negotiations
🔹 Adaptable and a good team player
🔹 Be an effective communicator within a team
🔹 Be able to give feedback in a constructive manner
🔹 Great relationship builder
🔹 Excellent administration skills
🔹 Have a drive to achieve all goals and to develop professionally and personally
🔹 Display high standards of service, care and presentation
🔹 Full clean drivers licence (required)
🔹 Propertymark Level 3 – Lettings and Property Management (preferred)
We can teach you the ability that you will need to succeed, however, we cannot teach you the right attitude if it’s not there already.
